Virgin Holidays have formed a partnership with Harvey World Travel, Australia's leading travel company, which aims to create a network of 300 dual branded high street stores, with now just under 100 stores.

The new partnership aims to create the 'next generation' of British travel agent, concentrating on speciality and long-haul holidays and offering face-to-face consultation and in-depth destination advice.

Under the terms of the new partnership all branches will be branded 'Harvey World Travel the travel professionals for Virgin Holidays', and will provide the full range of Virgin Holidays.

Each branch will be equipped with a dedicated Virgin Holidays area complete with a full destination DVD library, plasma screens and a full range of Virgin Holiday's brochures.

Furthermore, each branch will be equipped with webcam facilities to 'link up' customers with Harvey World Travel representatives in Australia, New Zealand and South Africa to offer genuine 'on the ground' insight and advice to customers.

The Harvey World Travel (UK) Call Centre is an ABTA bonded travel agency based in the West Midlands. Previously known as Travel Factory, the call centre services both local and national companies and other organizations, offering their staff and member's a unique personalized holiday club, where we regularly communicate and promote exclusive holiday offers and discount benefits.
