Please note that all bookings are subject to the Tour Operator's conditions of booking. These contain limitations and exclusions of liability to any person who travels with the Tour Operator. You should therefore read the booking conditions in the relevant Tour Operators brochure.The accommodation and amenities are as described in the Tour Operator's brochure and therefore any changes made by the Tour Operator are subject to their booking conditions. The Tour Operator reserves the right to change routes and holiday details, the flight timings are provisional and could be subject to change. You will be informed of any major change. On this Website we cannot contain all information relevant to the Tour Operator's holiday or travel arrangements so it is important that you read your Tour Operator's brochure. The data displayed on this Website is supplied by Tour Operators, and is then updated onto the pages of this Website regularly. Every effort is made to display current data, however, availability is constantly changing and we cannot guarantee the availability of Tour Operator's holidays. We must point out therefore that all holidays are subject to availability at the time of booking.

After your booking has been confirmed, we will send a Confirmation to your home address. This will contain details of your travel arrangements and costs. Availability
All holidays, including Late Offers, are subject to availability at the time the booking is made.Your Tickets
Tickets and travel documents are normally supplied 7 to 10 days prior to departure.What about Passports, Visas and Health?
Please note all general information relating to your destination from the Tour Operator's brochure, in particular please note the Passport, Visa and Health requirements for your destination.Passports
The following applies to British Citizens holding a British passport travelling for a tourist purpose from the UK:You will need a full 10 year passport to travel on all holidays except those in the UK. In order to comply with regulations imposed by certain countries your passport must be valid for at least 6 months after the date of your return. If your passport expires earlier than this it may still be acceptable but you should contact your local passport office or the Consulate or Embassy of country to be visited for detailed advice.
If you do not already have a passport, or your passport is about to expire please enquire at your main Post Office or nearest Passport Office at least eight weeks before departure.
If your child does not have a passport, or its not already included on a valid passport, he or she now require their own passport. You will need to ask at your Passport Office for full details.
We strongly advise that you contact your local Passport office or the Consulate or Embassy of the country you will be visiting for detailed advice.
Other passport holders should check with the Consulate or Embassy of the country you will be visiting for further information.
Visas
You may require a visa for your holiday.For British Citizens holding a British Passport information on visas will be detailed in your Tour Operator's brochure and is also available from the relevant Embassy.
We will be pleased to assist with any queries you have, but please note that information given by us or the tour operator may become out of date so we advise that you check with the relevant Embassy in good time.
Health
Travel to certain countries may mean that it is advisable or compulsory for you to be inoculated against certain illnesses. In view of the fact that the information is constantly changing we cannot guarantee to give you up-to-date information.We suggest you read the Department of Health leaflet which can be obtained by phoning 0800 555 777 and contact your GP, or local health authority.
Remember if you have any queries our Sales Consultants will be happy to advise you, and in addition we will send you full details of useful contacts, addresses and telephone numbers with your confirmation details.
Please note though that it is your responsibility to obtain the relevant documentation and inoculations required, and not the responsibility of Harvey World Travel or the Tour Operator.
Making your payment
You may make it in one of the following ways: Delta or Switch; credit card (Visa or MasterCard); cheque. Cheques should be made payable to Harvey World Travel. We need your payment to be made in pounds sterling.No charge is made for payment by Switch or debit cards, however credit card payments will incur a 2.5% company handling fee. You will need to pay a deposit at the time of booking and the balance paid 12 weeks prior to departure.
Data Protection
All data submitted by enquirers and held by Harvey World Travel is subject to data protection laws.This information will not be passed onto third parties, unless requested by the client for us to do so.

1. This prize draw is open to all residents of the UK, aged 18 and over, except for employees of Harvey World Travel (the promoter) and any of its subsidiaries or any companies or agencies directly connected with the creation and administration of this competition or their families.2. Only one entry will be accepted per person. Entry into this prize draw will be deemed to constitute full acceptance of these terms and conditions. 3. To enter, send us an email to competitions@harveyworldtravel.co.uk or send us a postcard with your full name and email address to Harvey World Travel, Stella Travel Services, Hamlyn House, Macdonald Road, Highgate Hill, London, N19 5PR by the 30th of May 2008.
4. No purchase is necessary to enter.
5. The prize consists of £250 Harvey World travel vouchers.
6. The prizes are non-transferable, non-negotiable, non-refundable, neither are cash or credit alternatives possible and do not include insurance.
7. The draw will be conducted on the 1st of June 2008. The prizewinner will be drawn at random.
8. The prizewinner will be notified by e-mail on the date of the draw, and are required to accept their prize by e-mail within 21 days of notification. You can also write into us at the address at the end of these terms and conditions to find out the identity of the winner. In the event of non-acceptance within the specified time period, the winner will forfeit any and all claim to the prize awarded but not accepted. The promoter reserves the right to reallocate any prize to the next randomly drawn correct and valid entry. The promoter reserves the right to cancel this competition at any stage, if deemed necessary in its opinion, or if circumstances arise out of its control.
9. The promoter may substitute the prize awarded pursuant to this competition with prize of equivalent value as it, in its sole discretion, may determine.
10. The promoter will send notification to the prize winner, which will confirm details of how to use the travel voucher and the conditions.
11. The judges' decision is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into.
12. The promoter is not liable for any costs, claims, damages or loss suffered by any person as a result of entering or winning this competition occasioned by any failure, however caused, in the fulfilment of the terms of this competition, except that no term in this competition will operate to limit the liability of any party for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
13. If the promoter, in its reasonable opinion, believes that a person is deliberately manipulating entries into this competition, the promoter may exclude such person from this competition.
14. If any tax is levied by the Inland Revenue in respect of the award of any prize pursuant to this competition, such tax levied will be the responsibility of, and paid by, the winner to the Inland Revenue.
15. These Terms and Conditions are subject to English Law and the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
